Shipping of the license key
Immediately after placing your order, the license key will be sent to you automatically by email so that you can activate the software. You can do this with the trial version, which can be downloaded from the download area of this website without registration. Once you have activated the trial version with the activation code, the full version will be available to you. The license key will be sent to you automatically and immediately after receipt of your order.
Free Updates
The purchase of CamDRAW includes free updates. This allows you to install all available updates and product improvements for the same major version number (e.g., V4.10 -> V4.52).
Purchasing as a Company
Companies can enter a valid VAT ID at checkout. Depending on the country and tax regulations, the tax will be automatically correctly calculated or deducted at checkout. Please note that the term for value-added tax varies by country (e.g., VAT, TVA, IVA, BTW, MVA, GST). After your purchase, you will receive a valid invoice showing the tax or a corresponding tax note for your accounting records.
Manage your subscriptions and orders in the customer portal
You can manage your subscriptions, orders, contact details and payment information in the customer portal. You can activate your access yourself once you have successfully placed your order. Simply click on the link and activate your access using the same e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order. You will receive a link by e-mail.
