Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

If you are a consumer and none of the exceptions listed below apply, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason and return the product. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

To cancel your order, you must notify Paddle. For fast processing, please contact us here. Please note that your right of withdrawal for subscriptions only applies after the subscription has been completed and not for each automatic renewal.

You also have the right to inform us using a sample withdrawal form or by means of another clear and unambiguous statement via our available communication channels. If you use our online contact form, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation request immediately.

 

Effect of cancellation

If you cancel this contract as described above, Paddle will refund all payments have received from you.

The refund will be made immediately, but no later than 14 days after the day on which Paddle were informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Your right as a consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the delivery of digital content that you have already downloaded, streamed, or otherwise acquired, or to products that you have already used.
